In May 2020, I read a total of 5 books.

The books I read were (in chronological order) Charles Bukowski: A Little Book of Essential Quotes on Life, Art, and Love (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Night Road by Kristin Hannah (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Slapstick by Kurt Vonnegut (⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood (⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️/5), and Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5) (a reread).

The longest book I read this month was Night Road by Kristin Hannah, which is 385 pages long, and the shortest book I read this month was Charles Bukowski: A Little Book of Essential Quotes on Life, Art, and Love, which is 100 pages long.

I read a total of 1,356 pages, with the length of the books I read averaging at about 271 pages per book.

My favorite book I read this month was Slapstick by Kurt Vonnegut, and my least favorite book I read this month was The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood.

I averaged about one book per week, and 44 pages per day. I also averaged about five out of five stars.

Overall, this was a great month for me, with all of the books I read receiving four or five stars, and I’m hopeful that June will be just as good!
