Looking forward to August!
In July 2020, I read a total of 10 books.
The books I read were (in chronological order) Men Without Women by Ernest Hemingway (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), All My Sons by Arthur Miller (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Best Remembered Poems edited and annotated by Martin Gardner (⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Blue Horses by Mary Oliver (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), If This Isn’t Nice, What Is? by Kurt Vonnegut (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), God Bless You, Dr. Kevorkian by Kurt Vonnegut (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), To A God Unknown by John Steinbeck (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), A Man Without A Country by Kurt Vonnegut (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), and Wit and Wisdom from Poor Richard's Almanack by Benjamin Franklin (⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️/5).
The longest book I read this month was If This Isn’t Nice, What Is? by Kurt Vonnegut, which is 232 pages long, and the shortest book I read this month was Wit and Wisdom from Poor Richard's Almanack by Benjamin Franklin, which is 57 pages long.
I read a total of 1,460 pages, with the length of the books I read averaging at about 146 pages per book.
My favorite book I read this month was All My Sons by Arthur Miller, and my least favorite book I read this month was Best Remembered Poems edited and annotated by Martin Gardner.
I averaged about two books per week, and 47 pages per day. I also averaged five out of five stars.
Overall, this was an amazing reading month for me, with seven books receiving five stars and only three books receiving four stars, and I’m hopeful that August will be just as good!
