Looking forward to January!
In December 2020, I read a total of 10 books.
The books I read were (in chronological order) The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood (a reread) (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), The Fire Next Time by James Baldwin (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Rumi, Day by Day by Maryam Mafi (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Uelsmann: Process and Perception by Jerry Uelsmann (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), The Elements of Style by William Strunk (⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), The Quantity Theory of Insanity by Will Self (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), The Wit and Wisdom of Mark Twain (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), Magritte by Marcel Paquet (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5), and The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde (⭐⭐⭐️/5).
The longest book I read this month was The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood, which is 314 pages long, and the shortest book I read this month was The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, which is 54 pages long.
I read a total of 1,571 pages, with the length of the books I read averaging at about 157 pages per book.
My favorite book I read this month was Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon, and my least favorite book I read this month was The Elements of Style by William Strunk.
I averaged about two and a half books per week, and 51 pages per day. I also averaged about four out of five stars.
Overall, this was a great reading month, and I’m hopeful that January will be just as good!
